Jessica Henderson is the Founder and CEO of InfusedX, a nonprofit organization advancing creative wellness, workforce development, and community impact through trauma-informed, neuroplasticity-based programming. With over 20 years of experience in fine arts, education, and community engagement, she designs innovative experiences that integrate art therapy, interactive learning, and real-world skill development to support youth and communities.
A graduate of the Columbus College of Art & Design, Jessica is a Certified Art Therapist Practitioner and OHMAS Peer Support Specialist. She brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, grounded in the belief that creativity—paired with consistent, meaningful experiences—can rewire how individuals think, respond, and grow.
Through InfusedX, Jessica has established strategic partnerships with organizations including COSI, The Ohio State University, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital, expanding access to programs that strengthen emotional regulation, communication, and workforce readiness. Her leadership continues to drive the organization’s mission to create sustainable pathways for healing, growth, and opportunity across communities.

Brianne Jennings is a seasoned operations leader and Senior Business Process Analyst with over 15 years of experience in fintech environments, specializing in digital payment systems, process optimization, and organizational efficiency. She has a proven track record of managing complex workflows, improving systems, and supporting scalable growth within high-performance organizations.
Known for blending analytical precision with creative aptitude, Brianne’s background also includes experience in the arts, adult training and development, and community storytelling—bringing a balanced, people-centered approach to organizational strategy and engagement.
As a Board Member focused on Development and Fundraising, Brianne supports InfusedX’s growth by strengthening funding strategy, enhancing organizational systems, and identifying opportunities for sustainable revenue and partnerships. Her ability to align operational excellence with strategic growth helps position InfusedX for long-term impact and expanded community reach.

Quadri Jennings is a seasoned operations and workforce professional with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. As a multicraft technician at Worthington Enterprise, he brings deep technical expertise and a strong commitment to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Throughout his career, Quadri has held leadership roles that reflect his ability to guide teams with precision, accountability, and a people-centered approach. He is known for fostering strong team dynamics, mentoring others, and driving performance in complex production environments.
In addition to his work in manufacturing, Quadri is a licensed massage therapist, offering a unique perspective that integrates discipline, care, and holistic well-being into his leadership style.
As Chairman of the Board, Quadri provides strategic oversight, governance, and leadership to support InfusedX’s mission. His guidance helps strengthen organizational direction, workforce alignment, and the advancement of innovative, community-centered solutions at the intersection of wellness, workforce development, and personal growth.

Quantin Jennings is a dedicated operations and resource planning leader with extensive experience in the electric utility industry. As a Distribution Resource Planning Supervisor at AEP, he brings deep expertise in coordinating field operations, managing resources, and supporting large-scale infrastructure systems with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
He is skilled in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively across departments and stakeholders to meet both customer and organizational goals. His background includes outage management, operational planning, and data-informed decision-making, with proficiency in systems such as Spectrum, Arcos, and Power BI.
As Treasurer, Quantin provides financial oversight and accountability for InfusedX, supporting responsible budgeting, financial planning, and resource stewardship. His analytical approach and operational insight help ensure financial integrity and long-term sustainability as the organization grows.

With experience supporting individuals through sensitive medical and financial situations, Brandy brings a calm, organized, and people-centered approach to her work. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to create structured, supportive environments.
As Secretary, Brandy is responsible for maintaining accurate records, documenting board meetings, and supporting organizational compliance. Her organizational strength and attention to detail help ensure transparency, accountability, and effective governance for InfusedX.
