A graduate of Columbus College of Art & Design and former fashion designer for L Brands, Express, and Justice, Jessica brings a unique perspective shaped by her experience in corporate environments, education, and the creative arts. She is a Certified Art Therapist Practitioner, OHMAS Certified Peer Support Specialist, and trauma-responsive facilitator with over 17 years of experience in education.

Inspired by her own professional experiences, Jessica founded The Infused Xperience to reimagine workplace learning through interactive, neuroinclusive, and creative wellness experiences that strengthen communication, emotional awareness, leadership, and human connection.

Her mission is simple: to help organizations create environments where people feel valued, differences are embraced, and individuals are empowered to thrive.
