Founder & CEO

Jessica Henderson is the Founder and CEO of The Infused Xperience (InfusedX), an innovative creative wellness and workforce development organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and transforming communities through art therapy, interactive experiences, and neuroplasticity-based programming—the science of the brain’s ability to rewire through repeated experiences.

A survivor of domestic violence and childhood trauma, Jessica is not only a survivor, but an overcomer. Her lived experiences, combined with a deep sense of empathy and purpose, have shaped her mission to create meaningful, accessible programming that meets the real needs of today’s communities.

As a Certified Art Therapist Practitioner, OHMAS Peer Support Specialist, and licensed tutor in English Language Arts (ELA) in the state of Ohio, Jessica brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. She is a natural connector, using creativity and shared experiences to build trust, foster healing, and support emotional and social development. Grounded in neuroplasticity, her approach focuses on helping individuals practice new ways of thinking, responding, and engaging—creating lasting change over time.

With over 17 years of experience in education and community engagement, Jessica has served youth and families through organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club, KIPP Columbus, Columbus City Schools, and Columbus College of Art & Design. Since the age of 15, she has been committed to teaching, mentoring, and enriching lives—reaching thousands of students through her work.

A graduate of the Columbus College of Art & Design, Jessica also brings a global perspective from her experience in the corporate sector with L Brands, where she collaborated with international partners across China, Sri Lanka, France, and the United Kingdom. This experience strengthened her ability to navigate diverse environments, communicate across cultures, and lead with both creativity and strategy.

At the core of Jessica’s work is the belief that creativity is not just an outlet—but a pathway to healing, growth, and transformation. Through InfusedX, she has established partnerships with organizations including Nationwide Children’s Hospital, COSI, The Ohio State University, Columbus City Schools, KIPP Columbus, and additional community and workforce development partners across Central Ohio, expanding access to programs that build emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, communication skills, and workforce readiness.

Jessica’s leadership is rooted in resilience, faith, and a deep commitment to serving others. She continues to drive the vision of InfusedX forward—creating spaces where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive through experiences that support both personal development and lifelong success.
